Arrival by car or train
Our hotel is located at the end of Schapbach (direction Oberwolfach), only 24 km from Freudenstadt.
By car
From Frankfurt/Karlsruhe:Freeway A5 to the Rastatt exit, continue on the B462 in the direction of Freudenstadt. Take the B28 and L96 to Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach.
From Stuttgart and Singen:
Freeway A81 to the Horb exit. Take the B28 via Freudenstadt to the Kniebis turn-off, then onto the L96 to Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach.
From Basel/Freiburg:
Freeway A5 to the Appenweier exit, continue on the B28 in the direction of Freudenstadt, then continue on to the B28 and L96 to Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach.
By train
Travel to Freudenstadt main station, e.g. coming from Stuttgart main station. There you change to the S8 to Freudenstadt Stadtbahnhof. From there the bus F13/7266 takes you in about 50 minutes to Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach, the bus stop Ochsen Schapbach, which is directly at the hotel.
Please note that this connection occasionally goes via Kniebis and the bus then does not go to Schapbach. Or travel to the Offenburg station and from there to Wolfach. From Wolfach the bus F13/7266 goes to Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach.
